J-M Capital Limited arranged a successful US asset disposal for a leading European Bank

initiated, structured and arranged the transaction

”J-M Capital was appointed to find a buyer of four international financial services companies from a leading international financial institution. A buyer was sourced and the transaction closed in December 2008, less than three months after mandate and well in advance of the seller’s target year-end closing date.
Due to confidentiality restrictions, terms of the transaction and the identity of the parties are undisclosed. J-M Capital initiated, structured and arranged the transaction.
